Seafix currently occupies over 12,ooo square feet of workshop space at our facility in Lower Base, Saipan. For over ten years Seafix’s capabilities have continuously grown. With ever-increasing frequency, work items traditionally reserved for shipyard periods are now given to Seafix and being successfully completed without operational interruption in theatre.
Seafix developed the procedure to replace helicopter tie-down cloverleafs in 1997, that was ultimately approved by NAVAIR, including the development of the prototype pull-test mechanism.
Seafix played a major role in the repairs and re-certification of two flight decks in Saipan. We’re told that until now, this has never been done anywhere but a shipyard.
